号を取り込み、第2の取り込み信号を逐次出力す
る第2の信号取り込み手段と、 前記クロツク信号の一周期以内の所定時間Tだ
け前記第1の取り込み信号により遅延した第1の
遅延信号を出力する第1の遅延手段と、 前記第2の取り込み信号より前記所定時間Tだ
け遅延した第2の遅延信号を出力する第2の遅延
手段と、 少なくとも前記第1、第2の取り込み信号とか
ら、前記第1の取り込み信号と前記第2の取り込
み信号の各状態反転に同期したパルスを出力する
パルス信号出力手段と、 前記第1の遅延信号と前記第2の取込み信号の
