Claims (1)
- 赤外線検出器が固定されるベースプレートと、
このベースプレートを支持する支持材と、冷却機
本体に接続してあるコールドチツプとを備えてい
る赤外線検出器の冷却構造において、前記ベース
プレートと前記コールドチツプとの間に除振材が
設けてあり、この除振材は細い金属線を密集させ
て固めてなることを特徴とする赤外線検出器の冷
却構造。
