    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 赤外線検出素子を内部に搭載する二重円筒構造
    をした赤外線検出器と、上記赤外線検出器を保護
    するホルダと、上記赤外線検出素子を極低温に冷
    却する冷却装置を備えた赤外線検出装置において
    、上記冷却装置にアダプタを固定し、上記フラン
    ジを直接上記赤外線検出器に固定し、上記赤外線
    検出器を振動吸収材を介して上記ホルダに固定す
    る構造にしたことを特徴とする赤外線検出装置。
