、２は音響整合体、３は圧電セラミツク体、４は
筒状ケース、１１は粘弾性材料層、１２は拘束材
を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 板状の音響整合体と、 前記音響整合体の一方面に接着された圧電セラ
    ミツク体と、 前記音響整合体の圧電セラミツク体が接着され
    ている一方面側において、前記圧電セラミツク体
    を囲撓するように該一方面に固着された筒状ケー
    スと、 前記音響整合体および筒状ケースの側面に付与
    された粘弾性材料層と、 前記粘弾性材料層を音響整合体および筒状ケー
    スの外面に保持するために、前記粘弾性材料層の
    周囲に貼り付けられた拘束材とを備えることを特
    徴とする空中超音波トランスジユーサ。 (2) 前記粘弾性材料層および拘束材は、粘弾性
    材料が基材の一方面に付与された粘着テープによ
    り構成されている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の空中超音波トランスジユーサ。 (3) 前記板状の音響整合体が円板状の形状を有
    し、前記筒状ケースは該円板と同一外径の円筒体
    よりなる、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または
    第２項記載の空中超音波トランスジユーサ。
