Claims (1)
- 真空チエンバの屈曲部付近に、該真空チエンバ
の一部をなす筒状体を設けるとともに、該筒状体
において前記屈曲部の曲率半径方向の外方に位置
する内壁に、粒子ビームの放射光を衝突させるス
トツパを突設し、該ストツパに、放射光の衝突に
より発生する熱を筒状体の外部に輸送するヒート
パイプを連接し、かつ、筒状体の外側部に、前記
ストツパの付近で筒状体内を真空引きする真空ポ
ンプを連接したことを特徴とする粒子加速器用真
空チエンバ。
