減速歯車と偏心カムの組付斜視図、第３図はその
縦断面図、第４図は同接合が外れた状態を示す縦
断面図である。第５図〜第６図は、従来の刈込機
の例を示し、第５図は刈込機本体の縦断面図、第
６図は従来の減速歯車と偏心カムの組付斜視図で
ある。 １はハウジング、２はモータ、３はピニオン、
４は減速歯車、５は偏心カム、６は上可動刃、７
は下可動刃、８は下補助板、９はリベツト、９ａ
は溝、９ｂは破断片、９ｃは破断片、１０は上補
助板、１１はボルト、１２はワツシヤである。

Claims (1)
- 長手方向の両側に複数の切刃を形成した上可動
刃とこれに対応する同様な下可動刃とが、上下に
接触状態を保ちながら長手方向に交互に往復動す
る摺動動作が行なわれるように設けられ、該摺動
動作はモータの回転が減速歯車を介して伝達され
る偏心カムの回転によつて行なわれるように構成
された刈込機において、前記摺動動作に一定限度
以上の負荷力が生じた場合に、前記偏心カムと前
記減速歯車とを接合させている締結リベツトが切
断して、往復動動作を停止させるようにした機構
を具備したことを特徴とする刈込機。
