Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 酒成分を含む醗酵醪の原液を煮沸して酒精蒸気
    を発生させる蒸溜缶と、酒精蒸気を冷却して原酒
    を得る凝縮器とを備えた蒸溜酒の単式蒸溜装置に
    おいて、 周壁の一部に冷却水が供給されるジヤケツト部
    を有し、酒精蒸気中に含まれる高沸点成分を凝縮
    しが除去する補集器を、蒸溜缶から凝縮器に至る
    経路の途中に設けるとともに、この補集器から蒸
    溜缶へ前記高沸点成分を還流させる経路を設けて
    なることを特徴とする蒸溜酒の単式蒸溜装置。
