Claims (1)
- 光源と、該光源の光線を受光する受光素子と、
該受光素子及び前記光源間に介在し、透光部及び
遮光部を互いに所定間隔に配置したスリツト板と
を備えるとともに受光素子の受光変化によつて回
転角を検知する回転角センサに於いて、前記受光
素子は前記スリツト板の透光部に対応して、階段
状に複数個配列したことを特徴とする回転角セン
サ。
