Claims (1)
- 少なくとも１つの基本回路素子を用いて第１の
素子を構成し、少なくとも２つの基本回路素子を
用いて第２の素子を構成し、前記第１及び第２の
素子を所定の比とする集積回路装置であつて、前
記第１の素子の基本回路素子の一側辺方向に前記
第２の素子の基本回路素子の一部を配置し、前記
第１の素子の前記基本回路素子の他側辺方向に前
記第２の素子の前記基本回路素子の他部を配置し
たことを特徴とする集積回路装置。
