Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 誘電体磁器基体に複数個の貫通孔を間隔を
おいて並設し、前記貫通孔の内面及び前記貫通孔
を開口させた２面のうちの１面を除く前記誘電体
磁器基体の外面に、導電膜を被着形成した誘電体
共振器において、前記貫通孔のうち、入出力部の
貫通孔の径を他の貫通孔の径と異ならせたことを
特徴とする誘電体共振器。 (2) 前記入出力部の貫通孔の径は、他の貫通孔
の径よりも大きいことを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項に記載の誘電体共振器。 (3) 前記他の貫通孔の少なくとも１つは、他と
