第１図は本考案に係る燃料タンク用キヤツプの
一実施例を示す縦断面図である。第２図は第１図
の負加圧弁受け板付近を拡大して示す縦断面図で
ある。第３図は第１図のロールオーバーバルブを
示す斜視図である。第４図は第１図の燃料タンク
用キヤツプの車両転倒時の負加圧弁受け板付近を
拡大して示す縦断面図である。第５図及び第６図
はそれぞれ従来の燃料タンク用キヤツプを示す縦
断面図である。 〔主要な部分の符号の説明〕、４１……キヤツ
プ本体、５３……負加圧弁受け板、５５……加圧
弁機構、５７……負圧弁機構、７３……負圧弁、
８１……下支持板、８２……負圧弁スプリング、
８３……ロールオーバーバルブ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) キヤツプ本体内に負加圧弁受け板を設け、
    この負加圧弁受け板の上部に加圧弁機構を設け、
    前記負加圧弁受け板の下部に負圧弁機構を設ける
    と共に、この負圧弁機構を構成する負圧弁を、前
    記キヤツプ本体に固定される下支持板に一端を支
    持される負圧弁スプリングの他端により付勢して
    なる燃料タンク用キヤツプにおいて、前記負圧弁
    スプリングの内部に、ロールオーバーバルブを移
    動自在に配置したことを特徴とする燃料タンク用
    キヤツプ。 (2) 下支持板は、負圧弁スプリングの下端が位
    置する部位の外側に負加圧用通気孔を有している
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の燃料タンク用キ
    ヤツプ。 (3) 負圧弁機構は、負圧用通気孔と加圧用通気
    孔を有する負加圧弁受け板と、この負加圧弁受け
    板の下部に設けられた負加圧用通気孔を有する負
    圧弁と、この負圧弁の下部に設けられた負加圧用
    通気孔を有する円板体と、この円板体の下方に配
    置されキヤツプ本体に固定される下支持板と、こ
    の下支持板と前記円板体との間に設けられ前記円
    板体を前記負圧弁へ付勢する負圧弁スプリングと
    、この負圧弁スプリングの下部に位置する前記下
    支持板に設けられた負加圧用通気孔とからなり、
    前記負加圧弁受け板の前記加圧用通気孔、前記負
    圧弁の負加圧用通気孔、前記円板体の負加圧用通
    気孔をそれぞれ相互に連通してなる実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の燃料タンク用
    キヤツプ。 (4) 加圧弁機構は、負加圧弁受け板の加圧用通
    気孔の上部に設けられる加圧弁と、前記加圧弁の
    上方に設けられると共に負加圧用通気孔を有しキ
    ヤツプ本体に固定される上支持板と、前記上支持
    板と前記加圧弁との間に設けられ前記加圧弁を前
    記加圧用通気孔へ付勢する加圧弁スプリングとか
    らなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項
    記載の何れか１項記載の燃料タンク用キヤツプ。 (5) ロールオーバーバルブは、短円柱状部の両
    端面に円錐状の突起を形成してなる実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項乃至第４項記載の何れか１項記
    載の燃料タンク用キヤツプ。
