Claims (1)
- 定電圧源の出力電圧が平常時の出力電圧に対し
、やや高く設定される比較電圧よりも高くなつた
ことを検出する過電圧検出回路と、入力電源と前
記定電圧源に接続され、前記過電圧検出回路の過
電圧検出に応答し、前記入力電圧源よりの電圧を
降下させて、前記定電圧源に加える入力電圧制御
回路とからなる過電圧保護回路。
