Claims (1)
- 駆動信号生成用の発振回路の発振周波数を決め
る抵抗器をモータ本体の筐体内に組み込み、モー
タの発熱温度に対応して内蔵抵抗器の抵抗値を変
化させ、前記発振回路の発振周波数を制御するこ
とを特徴とするステツピングモータ。
