- 温度変化ならびに電源電圧の変化に対応してロ
ツクレンジが変化する温度特性ならびに電源電圧
変動特性を有するＦＭ復調用ＰＬＬ（Ｐｈａｓｅ
Ｌｏｃｋｅｄ Ｌｏｏｐ）―ＩＣにおいて、前
記温度特性によるロツクレンジの変化を補償する
ような電源電圧変動特性を有するツエナー定電圧
回路を備えて成ることを特徴とするＦＭ復調用Ｐ
ＬＬ―ＩＣ。
