Claims (1)
- スピンドルの外周面と、このスピンドルを回転
自在に軸支する軸受部材の内周面との間に、外部
から圧油が供給される軸受ポケツトを設けた静圧
軸受装置において、前記スピンドルに段を介して
小外径部と大外径部を設け、前記軸受部材内に軸
方向に摺動可能にシール用接触リングを嵌合させ
、この接触リングをスピンドルの前記段に押付け
るスプリングを、前記接触リングの一端面に支持
させ、軸受部材内の接触リング一端面背面側に圧
力空気室を形成すると共に、スピンドル回転時に
前記軸受ポケツト側に送られる圧油によつてスピ
ンドル外径部側に移動する押し棒を軸受部材内の
スピンドル大外径部側に配設し、前記押し棒の先
端を接触リングの他端面に当接させたことを特徴
とする静圧軸受装置。
