Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液化ガス貯蔵層と、該液化ガス貯蔵層から送出
    される液化ガスを気化させる蒸発器と、該蒸発器
    から供給される気化ガスを収容するガスレシーバ
    と、前記蒸発器からガスレシーバに至る流路に配
    設され、蒸発器からガスレシーバに気化ガスを所
    定圧力で連続的または断続的に供給する圧力調節
    弁と、前記ガスレシーバから気化ガスを所定圧力
    に減圧して外部へ供給する手段とからなる液化ガ
    ス供給設備において、前記蒸発器からガスレシー
    バに至る流路に配設された流量検出器と、該流量
    検出器により検出されるガス流量と最大ガス流量
    設定値との偏差に応じて圧力信号を出力する流量
    調節器と、該流量調節器からの圧力信号と標準圧
    力設定器からの標準圧力とを比較し、低い方の圧
    力を選択して圧力設定値として出力するセレクタ
    と、前記流路内の圧力を検出し該圧力検出値と前
    記セレクタからの圧力設定値との偏差に応じて前
    記圧力調節弁を制御する信号を出力する圧力調節
    器とからなるガス流量制御装置を設けたことを特
    徴とする液化ガス供給設備。
