囲第1項記載のオゾン発生用電極ユニツト。 〔3〕 前記絶縁材はシリコン樹脂等の絶縁用樹
脂を用いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項または2項記載のオゾン発生用電極ユ
