Claims (1)
- 薄い鋼製円板の被切断材に接する外周縁全周に
一定間隔に列設した凹溝と、鋼製円板の外周辺に
、上記凹溝に接近して連続して穿設した小孔の各
縁を含む鋼製円板外周縁にダイヤモンド砥粒子を
付着してなる切断砥石において、上記凹溝を、鋼
製円板の外周縁周方向において、深さを徐々に僅
少づつ異ならしめて階段状に列設することにより
階段上に刃先部を形成すると共に、上記小孔を、
鋼製円板の外周辺において、上記凹溝列に接近し
、かつ最も深い凹溝に連続して一定間隔に、かつ
鋼製円板の外周縁側から中心方向へ渦巻状に列設
し、上記凹溝及び小孔を含む鋼製円板の外周縁に
ダイヤモンド砥粒層を付着してなることを特徴と
する切断砥石。
