Claims (1)
- 上下動する一対の側板にそれぞれ軸支され、上
下方向に配設された回転自在な一対の回転軸と、
該回転軸に軸支され、かつ先端部に弾性体よりな
る角棒状のスキージを装着した一対の掻き取り部
材と、該一対の掻き取り部材に装着したスキージ
に設定スキージ圧を付与する押圧部とを有するこ
とを特徴とするレジスト除去装置。
