記実施例圧力設定器に使用される圧力微調整機構
の一例を示す図、第３図は、ベローズの圧力調整
範囲を検出する場合を説明する説明図、第４図及
び第５図は、従来の圧力設定器を示すブロツク図
である。 １：圧力源、２：空気圧出力端、３：被試験器
、４：空気圧路、５：電磁弁、６：圧力微調整機
構、７：制御部、８：入力圧設定読込み部、１０
：圧力センサ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ポンプにより空気圧力を蓄える圧力源と、この
    圧力源と空気圧出力端を結ぶ空気圧路と、この空
    気圧路に設けられる空気圧路開閉手段及び非排気
    型の圧力微調整機構と、目標圧力を設定する入力
    手段と、空気圧出力端の空気圧を検出する圧力セ
    ンサと、この圧力センサで検出される出力圧が目
    標圧力に近い所定の圧力となるまで、前記空気圧
    路開閉手段を開動作させ、所定の圧力となると閉
    動作させる第１の制御手段と、前記空気圧路開閉
    手段の閉動作後、前記出力圧が目標圧力となるま
    で、前記圧力微調整機構を動作させる第２の制御
    手段とからなる圧力設定器。
