    スタなどの電子回路を同一基板上に形成した受信
    用光電子集積回路と、光フアイバとを結合する光
    モジユールにおいて、前記受信用光電子集積回路
    内の前記ＰＩＮフオトダイオードを全反射面を有
    するブロツクと一体になつた収束性ロツドレンズ
    で結合させたことを特徴とする光受信モジユール
    。
