Claims (1)
- シエル内を進退動するパワーピストンと、外周
部が上記シエルに、内周部が上記パワーピストン
にそれぞれ取付けられたダイヤフラムとを備え、
このダイヤフラは、上記パワーピストンの非作動
時には、上記外周部と内周部との間にこのパワー
ピストンの背面外周縁より延出して反転折返す折
返し部と、これに引続き上記シエル内壁と接触す
る接触部とを有する倍力装置において、ダイヤフ
ラムの上記接触部に、上記折返し部より肉厚で、
かつ均一な厚さを有する環状厚肉部を形成したこ
とを特徴とする倍力装置。
