Claims (1)
- 折曲形成された耐熱性絶縁薄膜体の折曲外表面
に、互いに所定の間隔を置いて並列配置された複
数の選択電極パターンと該複数の選択電極パター
ンの各端部から所定の間隔を置いて配置された共
通電極パターンとを一体的に対向形成するととも
に、前記共通電極パターンと前記複数の選択電極
パターンとの間に、これらをそれぞれ電気的に接
続する複数の抵抗発熱体を形成したことを特徴と
する感熱ヘツド。
