  1. ピン・グリツド・アレイの各端子の電気信号を
    検査する検査治具の各端子からの引き出し線をフ
    イルム基板に配設し、ピン・グリツド・アレイが
    基板上に実装された状態で、各端子の電気信号を
    検査できることを特徴とする検査治具。
