る。 １……誘電体共振器、２……発振用ストリツプ
ライン、３……発振素子、９……出力用ストリツ
プライン。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 能動素子と、この能動素子の一端に接続された
発振用ストリツプラインと、この発振用ストリツ
プラインと磁界結合される誘電体共振器とを備え
たマイクロ波発振器において、 前記発振用ストリツプラインに関して前記誘電
体共振器と同一側でかつその発振用ストリツプラ
インの長手方向に対してその長手方向が直角とな
るように配置されるとともに、その入力端が前記
発振用ストリツプラインの他端に対向し、かつ前
記誘電体共振器から前記発振用ストリツプライン
の長手方向における所定の距離のところに配置さ
れた出力用ストリツプラインを備え、 前記出力用ストリツプラインは前記発振用スト
リツプラインとは電界結合するとともに、誘電体
共振器とは磁界結合し、かつその出力端からマイ
クロ波発振出力を取り出すように構成されたこと
を特徴とするマイクロ波発振器。
