Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プリント基板上に形成したクリームハンダ
層上に取付け部品を載置して、リフロー炉を通過
させ、赤外線ランプにより該クリームハンダを溶
融して固結するリフロー式実装工法によつてプリ
ント基板上に固定されるフイルターにあつて、そ
の上面に、遠赤外線を反射する遮蔽部材を取付け
たことを特徴とするフイルターの保護装置。 (2) 前記遮蔽部材がフイルターの上面に被着さ
れるキヤツプであることを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載のフイルターの保護装置
。 (3) 前記遮蔽部材がフイルターの上面に被着さ
れる反射ラベルであることを特徴とする実用新案
