Claims (1)
- コの字形の両先端面にＮ，Ｓ極が上下に対向し
かつ隣合う極が異なるように配列した上下各３枚
の磁石と、圧縮空気が通る空気供給孔と上下に対
向し、空気供給子しに供給された圧縮空気が流出
する吹出口を先端部に有するアームと、前記アー
ムを水平に直線移動させるアクチユエータと、前
記吹出口にクリーンな圧縮空気を送るクリーンエ
ア発生装置とを含むことを特徴とする磁気デイス
クリフレツシング装置。
