Claims (1)
- 基材と、基材の一方の面に設けられた金属箔に
印刷により形成されたエツチング用マスクを介し
てエツチングが施されてなる第１の配線パターン
と、基材の他方の面に印刷により形成される第２
の配線パターンと、基材に設けられ、第１及び第
２の配線パターンを導通させるスルーホールとを
備えていることを特徴とする両面回路基板。
