- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ コンデンサ付プリント回路配線板において、
基材の表面に形成された第１電極の表面に絶縁層
を形成し、この絶縁層の表面に第２電極を形成す
ることにより上記コンデンサを形成したことを特
徴とするコンデンサ付プリント回路配線板。 ２ 上記の第１電極と第２電極とが長方形に形成
されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
コンデンサ付プリント回路配線板。 ３ 上記の第１電極が第２電極より大きく形成さ
れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のコ
ンデンサ付プリント回路配線板。 ４ 上記の第２電極が第１電極より大きく形成さ
れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のコ
ンデンサ付プリント回路配線板。
