  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ３相交流の各相に対応する３つの方形波信号を
    入力とするＯＲ回路と、 シフトクロツクを供給する発振回路と、 前記各方形波信号の前縁に同期して前記シフト
    クロツクによるシフトを開始して所定のシフト数
    にてハイレベル信号を出力すると共に、前記各方
    形波の後縁に同期してリセツトされる３つのシフ
    トレジスタと、 前記各シフトレジスタの出力信号を入力とする
    ＮＯＲ回路と、 前記ＯＲ回路の出力信号とＮＯＲ回路の出力信
    号とを入力とするＡＮＤ回路とを備え、 該ＡＮＤ回路の出力レベルにより前記３相交流
    の状態を監視すべくなしたことを特徴とする３相
    交流電源常時監視回路。
