封装置を示す断面図、第２図はこの考案の要部断
面図、第３図は従来の電動機の軸封装置を示す断
面図、第４図は従来の回転軸の摩耗状態の一例を
示す側面図である。 図中、１はケース、２はシールボツクス、３は
回転軸、４，５はリツプ式軸シール材、８は補助
砂除け、９は金具、１１は砂除け、１２はコーテ
イング材である。なお、各図中同一符号は同一又
は相当部分を示す。
封装置を示す断面図、第２図はこの考案の要部断
面図、第３図は従来の電動機の軸封装置を示す断
面図、第４図は従来の回転軸の摩耗状態の一例を
示す側面図である。 図中、１はケース、２はシールボツクス、３は
回転軸、４，５はリツプ式軸シール材、８は補助
砂除け、９は金具、１１は砂除け、１２はコーテ
イング材である。なお、各図中同一符号は同一又
は相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電動機の筐体と、この筐体を貫通する回転
軸と、上記筐体に嵌着され、上記回転軸の全周と
接して上記筺体と上記回転軸との間を封止するシ
ール部材とを備えた電動機の軸封装置において、
上記回転軸外周における上記シール部材との接触
部に硬質被膜処理を施したことを特徴とする電動
機の軸封装置。 (2) 硬質被膜処理はその膜厚を０．１mm〜１．
０mm、表面粗さを０．８Ｓ〜３．２Ｓとしたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の電動機の軸封装置。
