Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 缶体の上部に突出する撹拌羽根用の回転軸に
、ハウジングと該ハウジングの内周に組み込んだ
メカニカルシールとからなるメカニカルシールユ
ニツトを外挿して前記缶体に組付けることにより
、前記回転軸の軸周を軸封してなるとともに、前
記ハウジング下端のフランジと回転軸との挿通部
分にグラスライニングを施してなる軸封装置にお
いて、前記メカニカルシールユニツトの回転軸が
挿入されるメカニカルシールの缶体側に配置され
た固定環の内周面に、易滑性緩衝材を添設したこ
とを特徴とする軸封装置。 ２ 固定環の缶体側内周面に易滑性緩衝材を接着
により添設したことを特徴とする請求項１記載の
軸封装置。 ３ 固定環の内周面を缶体側に向け拡開するテー
パ面に形成し、このテーパ面に易滑性緩衝材をコ
ーテイング処理により添設したことを特徴とする
請求項１記載の軸封装置。 ４ 回転軸の外周面と固定環の内周面との間に形
成される隙間を易滑性緩衝材の添設により小さく
して、挿入ガイド部としたことを特徴とする請求
項１乃至３のいずれか一つに記載の軸封装置。
