[Detailed description of the invention] This invention arranges the studs that form the wall frame in a staggered manner, so that the studs to which the wall panel on the sound source side is fixed and the studs to which the wall panel on the sound receiving side is fixed are not the same. The present invention relates to a sound insulating partition wall that has an independent structure that enhances the sound insulating effect.

In the case of normal partition walls, the wall panel on the sound source side and the wall panel on the sound receiving side are fixed to face each other with studs in between, so a sound absorbing material is interposed between the two panels. However, the vibration of the wall panel on the sound source side was transmitted to the wall panel on the sound receiving side via this common stud, and the ability to block out sound was poor.

Therefore, the studs that make up the wall frame are arranged in a staggered manner so that the studs to which the wall panel on the sound source side is fixed are not the same as the studs to which the wall panel on the sound receiving side is fixed to isolate the vibration system. A noise-insulating partition wall with an independent column structure was devised, but since the studs were arranged in a staggered manner,
Unlike studs for regular partition walls, they cannot penetrate the common rim, so the studs must be shaped into square pipes or other special shapes with high cross-sectional properties, resulting in high material costs. At the same time, the fixed parts of each stud were limited to the top and bottom ends, so when the wallboard was nailed to the studs, the center part of the studs could bend a lot or shift toward the runner. It had drawbacks such as inconvenience in construction.

However, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has developed a sound-insulating partition wall that can use the studs and rims that are open on one side, which are used in ordinary partition walls, by simply widening the width of the runner. The specific structure of the sound insulating partition wall according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the illustrated embodiments.

It is fixed through the As a result, a plurality of studs 2...2 are arranged and fixed on the runner in a staggered manner, and each stud's furring hole 2 1
passes on the center line l of the runner, so the furring 3 can be commonly passed through the furring holes 2 1 ...2 1 located on this straight line. The other furring holes are similarly passed through the furring, and the studs 2...2 are connected and integrated by a plurality of furring edges 3...3. Next, the wall panels 4...4 are nailed and fixed between the odd-numbered and even-numbered studs, and the upper wall panels are appropriately attached to complete the construction of the partition wall.

As described above, according to the sound insulation partition wall of the present invention, the studs are arranged in a staggered manner so that the studs can penetrate through the rim connecting the studs, which is different from the conventional sound insulation partition wall. In addition to solving the construction and strength problems that previously existed, all that is required is to change the width of the runner and drill holes in the eccentric position of the studs, so the construction cost is lower than that of ordinary partition wall construction. It has great practical effects, with almost no difference in cost.

In addition, if the position of the body rim holes to be drilled in the studs is fixed, it is necessary to reverse the direction of the odd-numbered and even-numbered studs, as shown in this example diagram. It is more suitable for mass production than having two types of studs with symmetrical holes drilled in the same direction, and there is no need to check the position of each stud hole when installing the studs. It is more convenient for construction to adopt a method in which studs are installed in opposite directions alternately.
