Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 密閉されたガス回収室と、このガス回収室内に
配置されており冷却液が流される冷却コイルと、
有機溶剤洗浄装置の洗浄槽内空間と前記ガス回収
室内空間とを連通する吸引パイプと、前記ガス回
収室内で回収された有機溶剤を前記洗浄槽内に戻
す戻しパイプとを有するガス回収部と、 冷却液パイプを介して少なくとも前記冷却コイ
ルに冷却液を供給するとともに、前記冷却液パイ
プの一部が冷却液を上方から下方に導くよう鉛直
配管されている冷却液供給部と、 前記ガス回収室の内部空間から導出した負圧発
生パイプの先端部を上方から下方に降ろしてきて
前記冷却液パイプの鉛直配管部に接続し、しかも
負圧発生パイプの先端部と冷却液パイプの鉛直配
管部とのなす角度を鋭角にして構成した負圧発生
部と、 を具備したことを特徴とする有機溶剤洗浄装置の
ガス回収装置。
