Claims (1)
- 異なる位置に配置される２軸以上の各部材の位
置検出を、各々の部材毎に配設したスケールとス
ライダにより行なつている機械・装置等に於て、
各軸毎の部材に配設される位置検出スケールを各
軸毎に設けたブロツクに装着し、前記各ブロツク
内にヒートパイプを内蔵し、各軸のヒートパイプ
を１ケ所に集中せしめて熱交換ユニツトに接続し
たことを特徴とする位置検出装置。
