Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の基準ブロツクを上面、および側面に取付
    け、複数のワーク位置決めピンを上面に備えた精
    密測定用治具と、該測定用治具を制止するための
    制止ブロツクを測定テーブルの一隅に設けた測定
    機とからなり、前記複数の基準ブロツクのうち少
    なくとも１つの基準ブロツクを特定な位置にセツ
    トするか、またはバーコード等を添付し、前記特
    定な位置にセツトされた基準ブロツクまたはバー
    コード等を検出し、この検出データに基いた測定
    プログラムを前記測定機に与えるための検出手段
    およびコンピユータを設けたことを特徴とする精
    密測定装置。
