第１図は本考案の一実施例を示す回路図、第２
図ａ，ｂは第１図の考案の対象となる周波数掃引
用バラクタダイオードの静特性及びこれを用いた
当該発振器の周波数変化特性の一例を示す図、第
３図は従来の捜索・救助用レーダー・トランスポ
ンダの一実施例の系統図、第４図は第３図の系統
図の各部動作を説明するための主要各部波形図で
ある。 第１図において、３〜８は抵抗器、９はサーミ
スタ、１０はＮＰＮ型トランジスタ、１１はパル
ストランス、１２，１３はシリコンダイオード、
１４〜１６はコンデンサである。なお、これらの
図中において、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を
示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) パルスレーダーの電波を受信して該検波・
    増幅後、これを同期トリガとして周波数掃引方式
    の応答送信パルスを導出する手段のレーダー・ト
    ランスポンダにおいて、周波数掃引信号を導出す
    るためのパルス列を入力とし、このパルス列をコ
    ンデンサ又はパルストランスによつて直流的に分
    離したる後、ダイオードを介して抵抗器とコンデ
    ンサによる充・放電時定数回路を形成してこれを
    負荷とし、この両端の電圧を周波数掃引用バラク
    タダイオードに供給することを特徴とするレーダ
    ー・トランスポンダの周波数掃引回路。 (2) 上記抵抗器とコンデンサからなる充・放電
    時定数回路の一端に、回路電源から複数の抵抗器
    を介して分岐電圧を供給し、該周波数掃引範囲を
    調整できるようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のレーダー・トランス
    ポンダの周波数掃引回路。
