Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. First, an electromagnetic contactor can be roughly divided into an electromagnetic operating part, a movable contact part, and a fixed contact part.
and is held between the insulating base 2 on the right side.
The yoke 3 of the electromagnetic operation section is approximately L-shaped, and its end face is supported by fastening screws 3a, 3a, etc. from both sides. This yoke 3 has an iron core 5 through which an electromagnetic operation coil 4 is inserted.
is supported by fastening screws or bolts 5a, 5a. The head 5b of the iron core 5 returns the movable armature 6 against the spring 8 and magnetically attracts it. The stopper 8 positions the movable armature 6 before operation;
An interlocking auxiliary contact 41 and an insulating stand 43 are mounted on the back. A support shaft 9 is provided at the tip of the movable armature 6, and supports a lever 10 movably. This lever 1
The end of 0 is connected to a supporting metal fitting 12 constituting a movable contact portion by a support shaft 12a to constitute a link. The support fitting 12 is connected to the insulating bases 1 and 2 by the support shaft 11.
It is rotatably supported by a member attached to the. The support fitting 12 is connected to the contact base 14 by a support shaft 15.
The movable contact 16 and the terminal 22a of the flexible conductor 22 are fastened to the contact base 14. Then, the contact base 14 and the insulating base 1,

7 is straddled. On the other hand, the other end of the flexible conductor 22 is guided to the conductor 23 and drawn out as a terminal 23a. Mechanical contact of the movable contactor 16 with the fixed contactor 18 on the other side is performed by magnetic attraction of the movable armature 6. That is, the magnetic attraction of the armature 6 uses the knife edge 6a as a hinge and moves counterclockwise against the component force of the wipe/return spring 17 until it abuts against the core head 5b. This movement causes the lever 10 supported by the support shaft 9 to move from the illustrated inclination to a more vertical direction. With this movement, the spindle 11
The support fitting 12 moves in an arc counterclockwise around the center. At this time, the contact base 14 is

8, it passes through the movable contact 16, the flexible conductor 22, and the conductor 23, and flows to the terminal 23a. Naturally, a large arc is generated when the movable contactor 16 is opened, so the arc is extinguished by the arc shoot 40.
更に連動補助点も組込むことができる。 Furthermore, interlocking auxiliary points can also be incorporated.

る。 Further, as shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b, the wipe/return spring 17 must be set so that the operating voltage (or current) of the contactor satisfies a desired value. The pressure (initial pressure) when the contact 16 comes into contact with the contact 18 also has the desired value (experientially 1 kg or more), and the pressure (final pressure) when fully activated also has the desired value. (4 kg or more based on experience).

If I wanted to, I wouldn't be able to make it bigger due to the dimensions. Therefore, if the wipe/return spring 17 is designed to give priority to the operating voltage of the contactor, after the contactor 16 has completely contacted the fixed contactor 18, the contactor base 14, The inertial energy of the contact 16 and the flexible conductor 22 is dissipated by the kinetic energy of the contact base 14.
That is, the spring hook 14a of the contact base 14 slightly moves clockwise, and as a result, the current-carrying point A is instantaneously opened. This is the secondary chatter.

ヤツターは完全に抑止できる。 This can be prevented by providing another set of second springs 27, 27 between the spring hook 14a and the support shaft 12a of the lever 10. Specifically, the spring 27 may have a spring constant that can add weight to the initial pressure and final pressure and suppress slight movement of the spring hook 14a. According to calculations and experiments, secondary chatter can be completely suppressed if it is 0.25 kg or more on one side (0.5 kg or more for one set).

のでコスト面で有利である。 Now, as shown in FIG. 4b, the spring 27 acts as a tension spring between the originally required spring hook 14a and the support shaft 12a, which was also originally required as the link shaft of the lever 10. Since no special dedicated parts are required for the spring 27, it is advantageous in terms of cost.

According to this proposal, two problems arise as electromagnetic contactors.
This has the effect of suppressing secondary chatter and reducing primary chatter since the initial pressure can be set freely. Furthermore, since each component of the electromagnetic contactor is supported by a pair of left and right insulating bases, each component is stably supported and its life can be extended.
