Claims (1)
- 歯車素材を軸方向に移動可能に支持する支持部
材と、前記歯車素材の外周に放射状に配設された
回転自在な複数個のローラダイスと、これらロー
ラダイスを囲繞するように前記歯車素材と同心的
に設けられ、その内周面で前記各ローラダイスを
歯車素材方向に予圧を与えるバツクアツプリング
と、前記支持部材を介して前記歯車素材を軸方向
に移動させ、ローラダイスを回転させることによ
つて歯車素材の外周面に歯形を成形する手段とを
具備したことを特徴とする歯車転造装置。
