    ー部材１５及び砂入れホツパを入出及び昇降可能
    に配設し、該カバー部材１５内にスクイズプレー
    ト１７を昇降可能に設けさらにカバー部材１５に
    これの内部空間に連通する給気管１８，１８を立
    設し、前記カバー部材１５の上方における前記テ
    ーブル５の直上方位置に、コンプレツサに連通接
    続するサージタンク２２を固定配設し、該サージ
    タンク２２の底壁２２ｂに、前記カバー部材１５
    が前記テーブル５の直上方位置に進入して上昇せ
    しめられた時、前記給気管１８，１８と連通する
    排気孔２３，２３を形成し、前記サージタンク２
    ２内に前記排気孔２３，２３を開閉する弁２５，
