Claims (1)
- ベントホール付模型板上に載置した鋳枠に鋳物
砂を投入した後、圧縮空気を前記鋳物砂の表面に
吹き込み鋳物砂中を前記模型板へ向けて貫流させ
て生型を造型するようにした生型造型設備におけ
る圧縮空気の吹込み装置であつて、前記鋳枠の上
端開口部を閉鎖可能でかつ上面に鋳枠の上端開口
部に臨む排気孔を透設した定盤状のフレームと；
該フレームの上面に気密状に装着され、上下方向
に指向するとともに上端部を蓋部で閉鎖した円筒
体を成しかつ前記蓋部に排気孔をまた胴部の下部
に給気孔をそれぞれ設けたシリンダと；該シリン
ダ内に上下摺動可能に嵌合されたピストンと；該
ピストンの下面に装着され、該ピストンが前記シ
リンダの胴部の給気孔付近まで下降した時に前記
フレームの排気孔を閉鎖する弁と；前記フレーム
上に前記シリンダを包囲するようにして気密状に
装着されて該フレームとで圧縮空気貯蔵タンクを
構成するカバー部材と；該カバー部材の天井部を
気密状に貫通して下方へ延びるとともに下端部が
前記シリンダの蓋部に該蓋部の排気孔を包囲する
ようにして気密状に装着された排気筒と；昇降可
能に配設されて前記シリンダの排気孔を開閉する
弁と；を具備し、前記シリンダの上部内を開閉弁
を介して、またカバー部材内を圧力調整弁を介し
てそれぞれ圧縮空気源に連通接続したことを特徴
とする生型造型設備における圧縮空気の吹込み装
置。
