Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発熱体を形成した基板と発熱体制御回路を
    形成した基板をそれぞれ放熱板上の相互にある角
    度を有する異なつた面上に配置したサーマルヘツ
    ドにおいて、発熱体と発熱体制御用ＩＣとを接続
    するフレキシブルプリント回路と外部接続回路を
    配置したプリント基板とを、少なくとも互いの一
    部分を重複して一体構造とし、該基板上に発熱体
    制御用ＩＣを搭載することを特徴とするサーマル
    ヘツド。 (2) 前記一体構造とした基板のフレキシブルプ
    リント回路上に発熱体制御用ＩＣを搭載し、一方
    の端子をフレキシブルプリント回路上に、他方の
    端子をプリント基板上の配線パターンに接続した
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載のサーマルヘツド。 (3) 前記一体構造とした基板のプリント基板上
    に発熱体制御用ＩＣを搭載し、一方の端子をフレ
    キシブルプリント回路上に、他方の端子をプリン
    ト基板上の配線パターンに接続したことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のサーマ
    ルヘツド。
