従来例を示す弁機構部の一部の縦断面図である。 ３…弁部材、３′…中間梁壁、４…排圧調整孔
、６…ピストン桿、７…副弁部材、７′，７″，
７″…突出壁、１０…流通空間。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両側端部に排気管との連結壁を突設した排気流
    通路の略直角方向に板状弁部材の往復作動路を連
    通させた排気ブレーキ本体のハウジングの該往復
    作動路内に、表面に排圧調整孔を貫設した前記弁
    部材が内装され、且つ往復作動路の上側端部に連
    設したエアーシリンダー装置との隔壁を貫通する
    ピストン桿の先端部に副弁部材を関着して前記弁
    部材と掛合させ、該弁部材による排気流通路の閉
    路に際して副弁部材により排圧調整孔を閉じると
    共にピストン桿の先端部をもつて弁部材を一方向
    に押圧せしめ、一方、開路にあつて副弁部材によ
    り排圧調整孔を開くと共に該副弁部材が弁部材と
    掛合して他方向に移動するようにしてなる排気ブ
    レーキ装置において、前記副弁機構７の先端部に
    前方へ突起する上方突出壁７′及び一対の側方突
    出壁７″，７″を備え、且つ該突出壁で囲まれる
    流通空間１０を形成すると共に、副弁部材７の後
    端壁部を前記ピストン桿６の先端附近に関着して
    一体的な可動構造とし、前記閉路時には該副弁部
    材により排圧調整孔４を閉塞するよう前記突出壁
    ７′，７″，７″の端縁部を弁部材３側の中間梁
    壁３′部に係圧して一方向に押圧せしめ、一方、
    開路時にあつてその端縁部を該中間梁壁３′部か
    ら離体して開孔せしめて弁部材３の表面上を摺擦
    する重合構造として構成したことを特徴とするス
    ライド式排気ブレーキ装置。
