Claims (1)
- コントロールパネルで駆動制御されるエアーシ
リンダを介して弁箱内の流体通路を開閉自在にす
る弁体を備え、この弁体をガイドリブにより案内
摺動させてなるとともに、前記流体通路の流入口
側に面するガイドリブを拡大形成したことを特徴
とする主蒸気隔離弁装置。
