Claims (1)
- 往復動ピストンにより液体を一定方向に吸入吐
出するポンプ部を液面下に設けると共に片持梁状
に支持された圧電振動子を液面より上方に設け、
該圧電振動子の振動端の運動を該液面を通して設
けたジヨイント部材によつて該ピストンに伝達す
るよう構成した圧電ポンプにおいて、該圧電振動
子は固定端部の電極が設けられていない部分を両
面から固定部材により挾持固定され、該固定部材
の端縁位置と該電極の端縁位置とが一致すると共
に電極端子部分が該固定部材により被覆されるよ
う構成されたことを特徴とする圧電ポンプ。
