Claims (1)
- 往復動ピストンにより液体を一定方向に吸入吐
出するポンプ部を液面下に設けると共に片持梁状
に支持された圧電振動子を液面より上方に設け、
該圧電振動子の振動端の運動を該液面を通して設
けたジヨイント部材によつて該ピストンに伝達す
るよう構成した圧電ポンプにおいて、該ピストン
の後部にその軸線に直角に設けた透孔であつてそ
の横断面形状が該軸線方向の内法よりも該軸線に
直角方向の内法を大であるように形成したものを
設け、剛性の棒状体からなる該ジヨイント部材の
先端部を該透孔に挿通したことを特徴とする圧電
ポンプ。
