Claims (1)
- スクリユロータの巻き角を３６０°以上として
、ガス閉込み空間である歯溝部の容積変化がない
移送区間を設けるとともに、移送区間または吐出
口に連通しない圧縮区間のロータ室内に油注入可
能に形成したことを特徴とする油入りスクリユ真
空ポンプ。
