Claims (1)
- 排気のためマグネトロン本体にろう付けされ、
排気処理後に圧着切断されるマグネトロンの排気
管において、上記ろう接部分と上記排気処理後に
圧着切断する圧着切断部分の間に少なくとも一箇
所転造加工、塑性加工、あるいは鍛造加工等によ
りろう接時のろう材の流れを食い止める凹凸面の
環帯部分を設けたことを特徴とするマグネトロン
の排気管。
