- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板上に感光剤を滴下して該基板上に塗膜を形
成するためのノズルを備えた感光剤回転塗布装置
において、 前記ノズルは、同一形状を有し相互に着脱可能
な複数の着脱ノズルを連結して形成されており、 各着脱ノズルは、 (a) 下方に突出し、感光剤の滴下口を備える突
出部と、 (b) 上方に開口し、前記突出部を緊密に収容す
る嵌入口と、 (c) 前記滴下口と嵌入口とを連通し、感光剤を
流下させる通路とを備えたことを特徴とする感光
剤回転塗布装置。
