- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 パーキングブレーキペダルが踏込み位置におい
て保持装置に保持されることにより、パーキング
ブレーキが作用状態に維持される足踏み式パーキ
ングブレーキ装置において、 そのパーキングブレーキ装置が設けられた車両
の速度が予め定められた一定速度以上にある状態
を検出して阻止信号を出力する阻止信号出力装置
と、 その阻止信号が出力されていない間は、前記保
持装置によるパーキングブレーキペダルの保持を
許容し、阻止信号が出力されている間はその保持
を阻止するペダル保持阻止装置と を設けたことを特徴とする足踏み式パーキングブ
レーキ装置。
